本機用于清除板面因砂光而殘留下來的灰塵、粉末，從而提高板材涂裝質(zhì)量。
配置雙尼龍刷輥，特殊設(shè)計的集塵罩，并附有強力吹風(fēng)機，除塵效果更加理想。
輸送帶采用進口防滑帶，能有效地防止板材在輸送帶上因打滑而不能正常作業(yè)。
輸送帶采用齒輪馬達變頻器調(diào)整，可根據(jù)工件特性調(diào)整其送料速度。
